CME Accreditation
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of PESI, LLC and Metabolic Endocrine Education Foundation (MEEF). PESI, LLC is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
AMA PRA Designation Statement

The Minnesota Pharmacists Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing education. Successful completion of this program qualifies for a maximum of 23.5 contact hours.
Nurses
Aspen CME Services is an approved provider of the continuing nursing education by the Wisconsin Nurses Association Continuing Education Approval Program Committee, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Aspen CME Services designates this activity for a maximum of 23.5 contact hours.
CA Nurses
Aspen CME Services is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider number CEP14739, for 23.5 contact hours.
Dieticians
This program has been approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration for ÂÂ24 CPEUs.
Satisfactory Completion for credits:
All attendees must have completed and turned in a course attendance/evaluation form prior to leaving the conference. Each session claimed for credit must be attended in it's entirely.
